We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return the item to us for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
The customer must retain the receipt as proof of purchase. The only exception is if the item is defective within 45 days of purchase.
Your return must be accepted, and we will send you a return label. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted because we will be unable to track them.

Damages and Problems
When you receive your order, please inspect it and don't hesitate to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Returns
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
